FKIP UNS Fine Arts Education Study Program Graduation Flow, consists of 3 stages, namely:Study Program Academics, Faculty Academics, and Central Academics
1. Make sure the revision has been completed.
2. The validation page has been signed by Examiner 1,2, and Supervisor 1,2. Then ask for the Head of Study Program’s signature.
The date in the column next to the lecturer’s signature is filled in according to when the lecturer signed, including the day/date in the section “This thesis was approved by the Head of the Fine Arts Education Study Program” which is filled in with the day/date when the Head of Study Program signed.
3. The total number of validation pages required to be signed is a minimum of 5 copies.
The rest is up to you (it may be that your research site asks for several copies of your thesis for the Archives) so you can adjust it.
2. If the validation page has been signed by the lecturer & the thesis is final (no further revisions), immediately bind 1 copy first.
1 copy of the thesis is taken to building F, don’t forget to insert another validation sheet on the validation page of the bound thesis.
5. Don’t forget to put a 10 thousand rupiah stamp + signature in the thesis statement section.
6. Proceed to the Faculty to request the Dean’s signature.
7. The thesis that has been bound + the validation sheet that has been inserted into the thesis, are placed in building F, 2nd floor, lobby. There are theses in a row (in front of the glass cabinet), just placed there with the page open on the side. endorsement page.

8. The next day, come again to Building F to pick up the thesis which has been signed by the Dean and other validation pages.
Then ask for a stamp at counter 2.
All validation pages, including bound thesis + other copy pages, are required to be stamped at counter 2.
9. 1 volume of the thesis with complete signature and stamp, submit it to the Secretary of the Examining Lecturer (Conference Secretary)
communicate with the secretary so that the thesis grades are collected to the Study Program Admin (Mrs. TU Sri Rahayu/Mrs. Yayuk)
1. At the stage of going to the Study Program Admin, please meet the Fine Arts Study Program Admin (Mrs. Sri Rahayu/Mrs. Yayuk)
2. After the trial secretary sends the grades to the Study Program Admin, please check Siakad in the KHS section to make sure the thesis grades have appeared. Remember what your GPA (IPK) is.
3. Submit SKL (Certificate of Graduation) in Siakad (Open Siakad-Submission-SKL). Fill in all available forms. Remember: Your graduation date is your trial date. Do not forget.
4. After the SKL application is saved, confirm with the Study Program Admin to verify the SKL, then ask for the Judicial Decree and Grade Transcript. The study program admin will also give you a PIN, this PIN is the Faculty Academic PIN which can be used to access wisuda.fkip.uns.ac.id
5. Remember, check again, make sure the GPA on the transcript and the GPA on the KHS are the same, before continuing to the next stage.
• Before using the PIN provided by the Study Program Admin, please verify the PDDIKTI data first:
1. Students apply for PDDIKTI Data Verification with the following conditions:
√ Complete transcript
√ Last KHS
√ SKL (without signature)
2. If the data in the Ministry of Education and Culture’s PDDIKTI is valid, students will receive an email in the form of a link to apply for TTD WD1 in SKL and there will be a unique code to indicate that the student has submitted PDDIKTI Verification.
– The unique SKL code is automatically filled in if students apply for SKL via the link sent via email
3. Students who do not submit PDDIKTI Verification first CANNOT apply for TTD WD1 at SKL

1. Students apply for TTD WD1 at SKL via the link obtained after submitting VALID PDDIKTI Verification
2. Students complete the SKL & Judicial Decree requirements

After you get the PIN from the Study Program Admin, the next steps are:
1. Access the website wisuda.fkip.uns.ac.id
2. In the Login column, fill in the user (NIM, starting with K32*****; capital “K”) and fill in the password (PIN obtained from the Study Program Admin)
3. Fill in your personal data completely, click continue “process 2”.
4. Fill in the graduate academic data form (see Judicial Decree regarding the data that needs to be filled in), click save. (Note: In “process 2” at the bottom there is a Book Title (Book Donations to the FKIP Library specifically for S1), just fill in the Title of the free book that you have to donate, even if the book is not donated later, but just in case, if necessary, also so you can click save.)
5. On the Print Menu, click Faculty Form. Download the 17 pages. (the initial page is blank, so there are only 16 pages of data)
Data that needs to be signed:
1. Certificate of Exemption from Administration (Page 4) There are 4 copies in the file, just take one which needs to be signed.
2. There are 2 copies of the thesis submission receipt (Page 8), just take one which needs to be signed.
3. Journal receipt (Page 15).
4. Others ignore it, continue with preparation for uploading/uploading files at the Faculty.
Congratulations on reaching this stage.
Before entering the upload/upload stage of files at the Faculty, please arrange the Journal first.

- Make a journal from your thesis, then upload the journal to the Thesis Journal Collection Form at this link.
- After the form is sent, wait for an email reply from Paedagogia.
- Download the attachment from Paedagogia’s email, in the form of a Journal submission receipt from Paedagogia.
- Print Out the attachment.
- Also print out the journal that you have made.
- Submit the Print Out to the FKIP Journal Unit Room (Building F, 1st floor, Journal Litmas Section, near the entrance, Mr. Agus)
- What needs to be collected are: Journal Print Out, Print Out of Journal submission receipt from Pedagogia, Journal receipt (Page 15 of the online file in the previous stage), as well as Journal Soft File (can be via flash disk)

– Come to the Student Cooperative. Bring the Judicial Decree that has been signed & stamped.
– Pay 10 thousand rupiah.

8. Proof of Thesis Submission (Receipt of thesis submission to 2 supervisors)
Proof of thesis submission is in the FKIP graduation file (page 8). Please ask for a signature from the thesis supervisor concerned and also collect 1 bound copy of the thesis for each supervisor. Once signed, scanned or photographed (jpg/pdf format)
9. Proof of UKT Recap/Receipt/UKT History
Proof of UKT Payment can be downloaded at Siakad (pdf format)
10. Copy of EAP Certificate, scanned/photographed (jpg/pdf format)
11. Graduation Certificate (SKL) & Judicial Decree from online data (pdf format)
12. Letter of Exemption from Administration
from FKIP online graduation data (page 4). Don’t forget to sign it via akademik.fkip.uns.ac.id then select online services – click online letter submission – Select Administration Free, click the administration free letter submission form. The status of the signature process can be checked on the online mail monitoring menu. After the letter has been successfully signed, please check your email in your inbox or spam.
13. Interval/Leave Permit Decree *If applicable
Note: Everything can be uploaded online, the way to upload is go to akademik.fkip.uns.ac.id then select online services – click Submission of Graduation Files – Fill in the Form correctly – Click next – Then upload/upload all the required files.
After the file has been successfully uploaded, you can monitor it in the application tracking menu on akademik.fkip.uns.ac.id . After the files have been successfully verified, the Faculty will then send a PIN which will be used to log in to the Central Academic Graduation website.
Soon the process towards Graduation will be completed.
After getting the Central Academic Graduation PIN, the next steps are:
1. Please open the graduation website at wisuda.uns.ac.id.
2. Log in, fill in the username (NIM, K32*****) and Access Code (Central Academic Graduation PIN obtained previously at the Faculty), click OK.
3. On the left menu, click Fill in Registration Form – Select Fill in Graduation Registration Form
4. Fill in all data completely in accordance with the Judicial Decree.
5.Upload color photo files with a maximum size of 100kb .
6. Click OK.
7. Follow the next steps, Print Biodata in the left menu, – Click Print Biodata. Please Print Out the File. Check the biodata to make sure all the printed data is correct.
8. Click Print Diploma Draft. Check the Diploma Draft again, make sure all the data is correct. Print Out.
9. Optional* All data entered on the website wisuda.uns.ac.id can be checked in the menu on the left in monitoring (issue of diplomas, graduation memory books, photo gallery, and list of graduation participants). In this menu you can check the data of graduates who have completed enter.
After accessing wisuda.uns.ac.id, and filling in all existing forms. Please prepare the following files so they can be collected at the Academic Center. For information regarding the collection schedule, please check the Announcements section.
The files that need to be collected are:
1. Graduation Certificate (SKL) Has signature and stamp.
2. Photocopy of previous diploma (SMA/SMK)
3. IKA UNS Payment Proof. Please make payment via the available IKA UNS account.
4. Print Out Biodata Graduation Registration Form.
5. Print Out the Diploma Draft which has been signed by the student.
6. Print Out Student Study History at PDDIKTI. How: Please go to https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/ then click search, fill in your name and major. On this page, please screenshot or directly print out the Student Biodata, Study Status History and Study History sections.
7. Last KHS Print Out .
8. Black and White Photo, DOP, Size 4×6 (2 Sheets) .
Photo Requirements: Men: Wear a suit, tie. Women: Wearing a kebaya/suit. Neat front view with visible ears/hijab, adjusted. No glasses, no headgear.
