FKIP UNS Fine Arts Education Study Program Graduation Flow, consists of 3 stages, namely:Study Program Academics, Faculty Academics, and Central Academics<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> 1.<\/strong> Make sure the revision has been completed. 5.<\/strong> Don’t forget to put a 10 thousand rupiah stamp<\/b> + signature in the thesis statement section.<\/p>\n 6.<\/strong> Proceed to the Faculty to request the Dean’s signature.<\/b> 8.<\/strong> The next day, come again to Building F to pick up the thesis which has been signed by the Dean and other validation pages. 9.<\/strong> 1 volume of the thesis with complete signature and stamp, submit it<\/b> to the Secretary of the Examining Lecturer (Conference Secretary<\/b>) 1.<\/strong> At the stage of going to the Study Program Admin, please meet the Fine Arts Study Program Admin (Mrs. Sri Rahayu\/Mrs. Yayuk) \u2022<\/strong> Before using the PIN<\/b> provided by the Study Program Admin, please verify the PDDIKTI data<\/b> first:<\/p>\n 1.<\/strong> Students apply for PDDIKTI Data Verification with the following conditions:<\/p>\n \u221a Complete transcript<\/b> 2.<\/strong> If the data in the Ministry of Education and Culture’s PDDIKTI is valid<\/b>, students will receive an email<\/b> in the form of a link to apply for TTD WD1 in SKL and there will be a unique code<\/b> to indicate that the student has submitted PDDIKTI Verification.<\/b> \u2022<\/strong> Submission of WD1 Signature in SKL<\/p>\n 1.<\/strong> Students apply for TTD WD1 at SKL via the link obtained after submitting VALID PDDIKTI Verification After you get the PIN<\/b> from the Study Program Admin, the next steps are:<\/p>\n 1.<\/b> Access the website wisuda.fkip.uns.ac.id<\/a> 5.<\/b> On the Print Menu, click Faculty Form. Download the 17 pages. (the initial page is blank, so there are only 16 pages of data)<\/p>\n Data that needs to be signed:<\/b><\/p>\n 1. Certificate of Exemption from Administratio<\/b>n (Page 4) There are 4 copies in the file, just take one which needs to be signed. Congratulations on reaching this stage.<\/p>\n Before entering the upload\/upload stage of files at the Faculty, please arrange the Journal<\/b> first.<\/p>\n 1.<\/strong> Last Semester KHS<\/b> Note: Everything can be uploaded online, the way to upload is go to akademik.fkip.uns.ac.id<\/a> then select online services – click Submission of Graduation Files – Fill in the Form correctly – Click next – Then upload\/upload all the required files.<\/p>\n After the file has been successfully uploaded, you can monitor it in the application tracking menu on akademik.fkip.uns.ac.id<\/a> . After the files have been successfully verified, the Faculty will then send a PIN<\/strong> which will be used to log in to the Central Academic Graduation website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/i><\/span>bind the thesis<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n2.<\/strong> The validation page <\/b> has been signed by Examiner 1,2, and Supervisor 1,2. Then ask for the Head of Study Program’s signature.
\nThe date in the column next to the lecturer’s signature is filled in according to when the lecturer signed, including the day\/date in the section “This thesis was approved by the Head of the Fine Arts Education Study Program<\/strong>” which is filled in with the day\/date when the Head of Study Program signed.
\n3.<\/strong> The total number of validation pages required to be signed is a minimum of 5 copies.
\nThe rest is up to you (it may be that your research site asks for several copies of your thesis for the Archives) so you can adjust it.
\n2.<\/strong> If the validation page has been signed by the lecturer & the thesis is final (no further revisions), immediately bind 1 copy first.<\/b>
\n1 copy of the thesis is taken to building F, don’t forget to insert another validation sheet on the validation page of the bound thesis.<\/p>\n
\n7.<\/strong> The thesis<\/b> that has been bound<\/b> + the validation sheet<\/b> that has been inserted into the thesis, are placed in building F, 2nd floor, lobby. There are theses in a row (in front of the glass cabinet), just placed there with the page open on the side. endorsement page.

\nThen ask for a stamp<\/b> at counter 2.<\/b>
\nAll validation pages, including bound thesis + other copy pages, are required to be stamped at counter 2.<\/b><\/p>\n

\n2.<\/strong> After the trial secretary sends the grades to the Study Program Admin, please check Siakad<\/b> in the KHS<\/b> section to make sure the thesis grades have appeared. Remember what your GPA (IPK) is.
\n3.<\/strong> Submit SKL<\/b> (Certificate of Graduation) in Siakad<\/b> (Open Siakad-Submission-SKL). Fill in all available forms. Remember: Your graduation date is your trial date. Do not forget.
\n4.<\/strong> After the SKL application is saved, confirm with the Study Program Admin to verify the SKL, then ask for the Judicial Decree and Grade Transcript. The study program admin will also give you a PIN<\/b>, this PIN<\/strong> is the Faculty Academic<\/b> PIN<\/strong> which can be used to access wisuda.fkip.uns.ac.id<\/a>
\n5.<\/strong> Remember, check again, make sure the GPA on the transcript<\/b> and the GPA on the KHS<\/b> are the same<\/b>, before continuing to the next stage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/i><\/span>PDDIKTI Verification Steps<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n4.<\/b> Fill in the graduate academic data form (see Judicial Decree regarding the data that needs to be filled in), click save.<\/b> (Note: In “process 2” at the bottom there is a Book Title (Book Donations to the FKIP Library specifically for S1), just fill in the Title of the free book that you have to donate, even if the book is not donated later, but just in case, if necessary, also so you can click save<\/b>.)<\/p>\n
